The first time I tried cooking 'Don Kastu' was years ago, it didn't taste good at all, so here I am, trying again and the result is....... Delisious!! yeh! At least my japanese boyfriend likes it, or was he just being polite? Well, I am pleased with the result too. Crispy on the outside and tenderness on the meat.
