Simple and delisious Dry Noodle.

This is the easiest noodle you can make for yourself. Simply boil noodle, drain it and mix it with your favorite ingredients. The sauce I mixed are soya sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and ' Ja Jiang' sauce(which you can buy it from any shop in China Town). then sprinkle with finely chopped spring onion. Voila, you have your Chinese style dry noodle. Yummy.

I prefer dry noodle than soup noodle, the reason for that is I am very picky with the soup base, if it is a clear soup noodle, I like it to be clear and smooth. If it is a creamy soup base, then it has to be creamy & thick. I think my parents make the best soup base, they will make the soup base for a day, with bones of chicken & pork. After one day of cooking it, the soup will turn from clear colour to rich and creamy colour. That's what I called a 'heanvely soup base'. Oh.. I miss my parents now..  :)
