Few weeks ago, when the weather was still fine and the sun was still shinning, I was craving for a nice and rich Tiramisu! I am quite picky when it comes to sweets and desert, so better make my own one so I don't complaint even if it taste bad. hee hee
It's easy and fast to make too but the waiting time is long, need to chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before you can have it, but I left it over night. The result was up to standard, but it could have been better! It was thick and creamy, but I think I didn't beat the egg white quite enough to make it firmer. Oh well, I just have to try it agin next time and make it better!
Mr M loves it, my neighbour likes it (may be they were being polite and didn't want to hurt my feeling, kind people >_<) I promise I will make a better one next time!
