It's been a while since the my last post and time reaaly flies by. Mr M has just gone back to Japan and I am home alone again, but I am rather enjoying spending time with myself. Mr M & I did a lot of things during these time. We visited an outdoor exhibition by a Taiwanese artist called, Lee Zhen,

then we head off to an antique market nearby Chiang kai Shek museum where we found a lot of  Taiwanese/Chinese antiques and it's totally different from the ones in UK. I was filled with excitment and wanting to buy almost everything.

love the suitcases... i want them

This is the ancient style of calculator, I learnt how to use it when I was in primary, but have totally forgotten how to operate it now..

We also went back to Hsin Chu where my dad lives, spent sometimes with dad. Mr M finally got the chance to meet up with my primary school mates and my childhood friend, we went to a spicy hot pot restaurant that day, and that's my first time to have spicy hot pot, it's rather nice! It's an amazing feeling that after nearly 25 years and we still keep in contact,  they all have lovely children whom I adore very much. I pray that Mr M & I will have our own in the near future.

Christmas has just went past, and this is our first Christmas celebration as husband & wife and we celebrated it in Taipei. We decided to invite some friends over to our home for a christmas eve dinner, this is also our very first christmas party. It was a good celebration, although I am not totally happy with my 'Pork Wellington', but everyone was happy about it.

We also went to our friend's place for Christmas dinner, and they prepared a spicy hot pot and the host cooked a few chinese dishes. We were all amazed by the cooking skill!!!

Oops. I forgot to mention that we also went for a 3 days trip in Hong Kong, just to attend a lovely couple's wedding. It was an amazing and fun experience and time, all of us knew each other in London and we all met up in Hong Kong for our friend's wedding, yet non of us lives in HK, neither the bride and the groom. ..

2012 is just a few days away from today, can't wait for what's coming in 2012. I truly thank God for giving me a wonderful and challenging life in 2011! I pray that 2012 will be filled with blessings and I want to walk by God's side everyday as that is the true blessing everyday of my life. Walk by God everyday.
