We bought a big bag of passion fruit few days ago, and I thought I could try making panna cotta with passion fruit. It's quite easy and fun making panna cotta at home but you just need to be patient as it will take time for them to cool down and set. So here are the ingredients you will need. 前幾天我們再大賣場買了好大包的百香果。我就想用它們來做義式牛奶布丁。這個甜點一點也不難做,但需要有耐心喔。
Ingredients (材料):
Gelatins 3 slices (3片吉利丁片)
250g of milk (250g 牛奶)
250g cream (250g奶油。。。cream 的中文是奶油吧。。?)
One vanilla pod or small amount of vanilla extract ( 1根香草棒或少許香草精)remember to scrap out the vanilla seeds using a small knife.(記得要把香草棒裡面的籽用小刀刮出來喔)
Methods(做法):
Soak the gelatins into cold water (把吉利丁泡在冷水裡)
Mix the mixture till simmer with low flame. (小火慢慢煮熟,不用大滾)

Put the gelatins into the mixture, turn off the gas and stire it till dissolve into the mixture.
(加吉利丁,馬上關火, 攪拌至溶解)
Strain the mixture into the container and wait for it to cool down, it will take about 45mins. Then put them in the fridge for another 1hour. (放進包裝裡後等至冷確,大約45分鐘,再放冰箱裡1小時)
One hour later.............1小時後。。。。。。

Simply place the passion fruit on top of panna cotta and start enjoy it. (最後只需把百香果擺上去就可了, 享受吧!)
