Chinese moon cake from my mum.

Last week was the chinese 'moon cake' festival, it's when the moon became full moon, and the chinese will have traditional 'moon cake' which I dislike it, cause it is usually too sweet for me. I know I am very picky when it comes to sweets or desert, that's just because my mum is a baker and I love her bakery. One of my singaporean friend went back to Singapore and she brought some of my favorite 'moon cake' which were made by my mummy!!
yeh, I have not have these pastries for years! How blessed I am, I love them all, they are just the right taste, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. Oh ya. Mr M loves them too.
