Dumpling





Before cooking them

I was craving for dumpling the other day so bought some dumpling skin from Japan center and the rest of the ingredients form Tesco. It's so simple to make but take time to wrape it, I took about half an hour to wrape 54 dumplings.








Boiled Dumpling it's actually my preferred way of cooking. It's healthier and you can tast the actual taste from each ingredients.

Pan fried dumpling(Kyoza)
That's the japanese way which is Mr M's preference.
I love having dumpling during the winter, it's just so good to have them warm up your tummy.
