Lake district trip-Day 2

All of us went to bed around 10:30p.m, we were super tired from Day 1 of our trip.Mr M started snoring the minute he lied down on the bed. Unfortunately, I am the kind of person who can't sleep well in a new environment and on a new bed.  I nearly jumped out of bed by 7:30 a.m, freshen up ourselves and I was so looking forward to the English breakfast!!
Cuppa of tea with English Breakfast, anyone?? I finished everything!! hahahaa yummy. It's not too oily like some of cafes do and the ingredients are all in good quality.

We checked out from the B&B after the breakfast and catch a ferry trip.

I can hear myself singing The Sound of Music: Doh a deer, a female deer.. Ray, a drop of golden sun!! la la la la. I remember back in my boarding school day, we were always playing around at the near by farm and did some silly things with friends, eg: singing to the cows and sheep, chasing each other like made women, or trying to catch a rabbit!! What a memory.

There were a flock of sheep eating the grass and they could feel we were just few metres away from them. Silly Mr M were trying to chase after them, it was quite funny watching the sheep being chased by him. I don't think he can be a shephard...

Mr M took these pictures. I think I was too dressed up for hiking! You can tell, I am not a village girl.. damne it.

Ah! look at what we've found, a tree from Hiroshima, it's Mr M's home town in Japan. It says: Hiroshima 6th August 1945

It was really freezing on the ferry!! Both men kept saying: It's so cold!!!! while the girls were walking around on the boat happily taking picture like tourist.
We were on the boat, ready to take picture with the beautiful scenery, then Mr R suddenly said: you can take it like titanic!! hahahhaha .. that's why we were laughing and I was doing some silly action!
After the ferry trip, we went back to Windermere again and visited Beatrix potter museum.

This was my lunch before we headed back to London. Sunday Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding! A nice lunch in a lovely pub. On the right hand side was Ms R's pudding, I think it's a peach crumble with custard! yummy.

There was a toll on M6 toll route, it's a new thing for all of us. I don't remember there was a toll on M6 before?? Quite expensive though, £4.80 on weekend and I think it's £5.20 on weekdays..

A beautiful sunset on the way home and I truly enjoyed the trip! I love Lake District and hopefully, I will be able to pay a visit again.
